Israel Dov Rosenbaum, Mizrah, 1877 (date of inscription) -- link -- The Mizrah, or Mizrach, is an ornamental or sacred picture hung on the east wall of a house or synagogue in the direction of Jerusalem toward which Jews face when in prayer. This one is made of paint, graphite & ink on cut-out paper!

Imre Varga, The Holocaust (or Emanuel) Tree of Life Memorial, 1991 -- link -- Terry wanted us to see this beautiful tribute to over 5000 Jews who were lost in the Holocaust & from the area, as well as heroes who saved lives during the years before and during the war.
American Actor Tony Curtis paid for the sculpture in honor of his Hungarian-born father, Emanuel Schwartz. Here are more photos of the tree -- link --
