Today we explored the work of haute couture milliner (hat designer) Philip Treacy  He designed many of the grand hat that Isabella Blow, whose wonderful rich outfits we looked at last Thursday, wore. Beloved Columbian Artist Fernando Botero passed away last week on the 15th. He was 91.
